Facts like millennials conquering the real estate markets, living habits, time economy, access to resources have changed drastically over the last 10 years.
I’m not a real estate expert, I’m not a billionaire land owner or a property manager. But I live in this world having access to all tiers of modern society. I kept my eyes and mind wide open, managing to have at least +30% return year after year, for me and my stakeholders.
Therefore, pay attention! Important things are happening right in front of your nose:
1. Over 70% of property buyers are between 25 and 35 years old. Most of them are on their first acquisition. The proportion between “I want to pay the rent” and “I want to pay the rate” has changed in favor of the last one.
2. Over 90% of modern world society will live in the largest towns by 2040 due to business / job / leisure lots of options.
3. People are finally understanding that TIME is the ultimate resource we own. The time when living in fancy suburbs near the nature has come to an end. The closer you live near the center of the town, the more you will benefit from your time.
4. Forget about owning a pool or gardening. Nobody born after 1990 will notice that. And any of these two activities is consuming your time and space of your mind. Lots of modernized public places with pools and trees are waiting for you and your family.
Good luck purchasing your desired home!
